Eva Berger, BSc

Eva Berger received her Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from the University of Vienna in 2024 and is currently enrolled in the Master's programme in Drug Discovery and Development. She joined the Cheminformatics Research Group to conduct research for her Master's thesis under the supervision of Univ.-Prof. Mag. Dr. Thierry Langer, in collaboration with the research group of Univ.Prof. DI Dr. Christina Schäffer at BOKU Vienna.

Her thesis is centered around the computational analysis of bacterial secondary metabolite compounds, which is mainly approached via a combination of pharmacophore modelling, virtual screening and molecular docking.
