Andreas Freitag, BSc

Andreas Freitag completed a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry at Friedrich Schiller University Jena in 2023 and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree. He is undertaking an ERASMUS internship within the Cheminformatics Research Group that focuses on novel pharmacophore representations and methods based on graph neural networks. This research will serve as the foundation for his Master’s thesis. For his Bachelor’s thesis, he developed an algorithm for the in silico fragmentation of hydrocarbons.
