Mario Surlemont, BSc

Mario Surlemont completed his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at the Heinrich-Heine-University Düsseldorf and then proceeded to the University of Vienna for his Master's in Data Science. Throughout his studies, Mario developed a strong interest in Machine Learning, Graph Algorithms, and the application of computational and ML methods in the Life Sciences. This interest led him to choose a Master's thesis that focuses on the use of Graph Neural Networks on pharmacophore models for virtual screening.
