Mgr. Katerina Storchmannova

Katerina Storchmannova is a PhD student at the Faculty of Science, Palacký University in Olomouc. She holds a master’s degree in Physical Chemistry and a bachelor’s degree in Applied Chemistry from the same institution. Since her undergraduate study, her research focused on the behavior of small molecules on biological membranes.

Currently, her PhD research is focused on chemical databases, and she is a member of the team behind the development of the MolMeDB database. As part of her doctoral studies, she is undertaking a two-month internship with the Cheminformatics Research Group at the University of Vienna, where she is expanding her expertise in cheminformatics and molecular modeling.
