Miguel Carmena-Bargueño, MSc

I am Miguel Carmena-Bargueño and I am a Ph.D. student at the Universidad Católica de Murcia (UCAM). I am an internship student at the University of Vienna. I studied for a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry at the UCLM and a Master's in Bioinformatics at the Universidad de Murcia. Currently, I am working on the optimization of Molecular Dynamics simulations using Maestro-Desmond, my group created a tool named TOLEDO to run them efficiently. Also, I am working in drug discovery using Virtual Screening and Bind Docking using Metascreener, another tool created by my group.
