Sofia Bolkhovetska, BSc

Sofia Bolkhovetska received a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry at the University of Vienna in 2021. She then started two master’s programs, one in Biological Chemistry and a second one in Computational Science at the same university. She has joined the Cheminformatics Research Group of Prof. Thierry Langer for writing her master’s thesis for the second master’s program. Her thesis focuses on developing pharmacophoric fingerprints using CDPKit, which will then be used in machine-learning models to predict active molecules.
